awarded the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of
Award for Marketplace Ethics. The award was presented at today’s 12th Annual
Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics luncheon. The BBB honors companies that
exemplify ethical business practices.
In the award’s history, Empire(R) is the only company to receive the honor
twice. Empire previously won the award in 2006. The BBB of
variety of businesses this year. Companies are judged in five categories
based on their number of employees. Finalists were evaluated by an
independent panel of prestigious judges from the local business and academic
community.
