Haas TCM Inc. Forms PCM Solutions, LLC, a Joint Venture With Nalco Company, to Provide Chemical Management Services (CMS) to the Process Industries

The name of the joint venture company means "process chemical management solutions" and is majority owned and managed by Haas TCM.

Since its inception in the mid-1990's, CMS providers have focused primarily on non-process industries such as the automotive, aerospace and electronics industries. "This joint venture signals a major step in the evolution of the CMS business," says Fortin. "We just needed a little experience to determine how to develop our resources to serve collateral but vastly different markets," says Fortin. "Our experience with several process industry customers over the past three years has produced savings and chemical efficiencies similar to our traditional customers. This joint venture is the proper vehicle to package and deliver these resources as well as those of Nalco to add greater value to all process industries customers," he adds.
