Boeing Increases Quarterly Dividend Five Percent to 42 Cents a Share

CHICAGO, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Boeing (NYSE: BA) Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer Jim McNerney reports that the board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend of forty two (42) cents per share, which is five percent, of two cents-a-share, more than the prior payment.

The dividend is payable March 6, 2009 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 6, 2009.
