OM Group’s Electronic Chemicals Facility is Named to ‘America’s Safest Companies’ List
today that its Electronic Chemicals facility in
been named one of America’s Safest Companies by EHS Today (formerly
Occupational Hazards) magazine.

The OM Group location is among 18 honorees on EHS Today’s 2008 safety
list, which appears in the Penton Media publication’s November issue. The
magazine calls the
exceptional. Employees have worked over 12 years — 1.5 million hours –
without a single lost-time injury, and two of those years (2006-2007) without
an OSHA-recordable/restricted work activity incident.”
The
Chemicals business. Collectively, these facilities have gone more than one
year, or 1 million hours, without a lost-time accident. The company credits

manufacturing, customer service, accounting, sales, technical service and
