Flagler Realty & Development Inc., and Pishon Partners Announce Beginning of 303 Banyan Boulevard Building Renovation

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- West Palm Beach based developers Flagler Realty & Development Inc., and Pishon Partners have begun a comprehensive building renovation at 303 Banyan Boulevard. The team owns the four story, 43,000 square foot building and will complete the construction by early summer of 2009.

Paty Commercial Realty has been awarded the exclusive assignment for leasing office space. Contractors for the project are LCI Construction of South Florida, Inc.
