Bongiovi Acoustics and Johnson Controls Sign an Agreement to Bring Cutting-Edge 'Digital Power Station' Technology Into Automotive Interiors

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Bongiovi Acoustics, LLC and Johnson Controls, Inc. (NYSE: JCI) have entered into an agreement to bring advanced technologies and delivery systems into the automotive industry utilizing Bongiovi Acoustic's "Digital Power Station" (DPS) technology.

Johnson Controls is a leading supplier of seating, interiors and electronics for vehicles. Through this agreement, Johnson Controls can integrate the DPS technology into its interior products, including vehicle overhead systems and door panels.
