Jennifer Barnes Joins Summit Blue's Energy and Utility Consulting Practice

BOULDER, Colo., Jan. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Blue Consulting, LLC (Summit Blue), a leading provider of utility and energy consulting services, announced that Jennifer Barnes has joined the firm as a Senior Consultant in their California office. Ms. Barnes will lead work in the areas of demand-side planning, energy efficiency programs, utility resource planning, climate change policy analysis, and renewable resources. She is a recognized industry expert who has held various positions with progressive levels of responsibility at Sempra and PG&E since 1993.

Ms. Barnes brings to Summit Blue her in-depth industry experience in the areas of program design and evaluation as well as program management and regulatory strategies.
