NEW YORK, Jan. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — In recognition of this historic event in US history, US Helicopter (OTC Bulletin Board: USHP) is offering a Presidential Inauguration Fare of just $99 each way for any scheduled flight between Manhattan and JFK or Newark Airport.

As the only scheduled air fare offering made available to mark this auspicious occasion, US Helicopter chief executive officer and president Jerry Murphy said “We feel this special fare will be a small contribution to stimulating the economy as it will appeal to a broad base of business travelers and save them valuable time getting to and from the airport.” The fare will be available for purchase from January 16 thru February 14, 2009 for travel up to May 15, 2009.

Since its inception in March 2006, US Helicopter’s scheduled service affords business travelers countless hours of saved time – giving them a hassle free airport commute. Passengers check-in, receive their boarding pass, check baggage and clear TSA security screening through to their final destination**, all at the heliport.
