China Green Agriculture, Inc. Announces it Has Held its 9th Annual Distributor Meeting
Agriculture, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CGAG) (“China Green Agriculture” or
“the Company”), a leading producer and distributor of organic humic acid (“HA”)
based liquid compound fertilizer through its wholly owned subsidiary, Shaanxi
TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid Product Co., Ltd., today announced that it has
successfully held its 9th Annual Distributor Meeting on
The event was held at the Company’s headquarters in
approximately 330 distributors from the fertilizer industry from locations
throughout

presented “Best Performing Distributors 2008″, “Best Credit Distributors 2008″
and “Most Valued Distributors 2008″ awards to its outstanding distributors at
the event. During this meeting, China Green Agriculture also added 17
distributors to its sales network and terminated 3 distributors who
underperformed. The Company now has a total of 494 distributors as of the
first half of fiscal year 2009.
The Annual Distributor Meeting has become a platform for China Green
Agriculture’s distributors to set tentative goals and share their ideas or
concerns regarding the Company’s products or the fertilizer industry in
general. Among the most discussed topics were the Company’s pipeline products
and the 40,000 metric ton production facility which is scheduled to start
operation in

TechTeam’s fertilizers are highly concentrated liquids which require an
application of approximately 120 ml per mu per application. Its average end
user has approximately four mu of land (one mu = .165 acres).

private wholesalers and retailers of agricultural farm products in 27
