PG&E Corporation to Report Financial Results on Feb. 24;

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PG&E Corporation (NYSE: PCG) will report its fourth quarter and full-year 2008 financial results on Tues., Feb. 24, followed two days later by its annual investor conference for members of the financial community on Thurs., Feb. 26, in New York City.

As a result, the company will not hold a conference call in conjunction with its earnings release on Feb. 24.

At the annual investor conference, PG&E senior management will provide an overview of the business and discuss the company's strategic focus, capital spending needs, and multi-year financial outlook.

The annual investor conference will be available to the public via simultaneous webcast beginning at 2 p.m. Eastern time on Feb. 26.
