Vila & Son Landscaping Corp. Announces Acquisition of Scapes Environmental Group Inc.

MIAMI, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ — Vila & Son Landscaping Corp., a full service
landscape company servicing the State of Florida, announced today that it has
acquired Scapes Environmental Group Inc. located in the Tampa Bay and Naples
region of West Florida. Scapes Environmental Group Inc., founded in 2002 is
run by James “Jamie” B. Boynton III, President and CEO of the firm. Having
served in the industry for over 25 years with such high profile clients as
Hyatt Corporation, Walt Disney World, Grand Cypress Resort, the Atlanta
Olympic Committee and, the New York Yankees, Jamie has been able to perfect
his customer service skills and customized service programs.
