Providence Service Corporation's Canadian Subsidiary Awarded CD $20.5 Million Public Works and Government Services Canada Contract on Behalf of Veteran's Affairs

TUCSON, Ariz., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Providence Service Corporation (Nasdaq: PRSC) today announced that WCG International Consultants Ltd., its Victoria, British Columbia based workforce initiative subsidiary, was notified and received confirmation via MERX, Canada's leading electronic-tendering service that tenders request for proposals (RFPs) for the Canadian Federal, provincial and municipal governments, that it was awarded a three-year CD $20.5 million (US $16.4 million) contract. Additional details have yet to be released.
