SmartHeat Inc. Announces ISO 14001 Certification for Environmentally Friendly Manufacturing Practices

NEW YORK, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- SmartHeat Inc. (Nasdaq: HEAT) (website: www.smartheatinc.com), a market leader in China's clean technology energy savings industry today announced that the Company has received its ISO 14001 certification.

ISO 14001 provides a framework for evaluating and controlling a company's impact on the environment. Obtaining the ISO 14001 certification is an attestation to a company's commitment to environmentally friendly manufacturing practices.
