Massey Energy Declares Dividend and Announces Date of Annual Meeting

RICHMOND, Va., Feb. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ – Massey Energy Company (NYSE: MEE) today reported that its Board of Directors, at a regularly scheduled meeting, declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.06 per share to be paid on March 31, 2009 to shareholders of record on March 17, 2009.
