Natural Fuels Industries Board Members to Join Vega Board of Directors

LONDON, Feb. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VEGA PROMOTIONAL SYSTEMS, INC. (Pink Sheets: VGPR) today announced it has appointed former Natural Fuels Industries, Inc. (NFI) Board members William Jacobson and Nadir Manji to the Company's Board of Directors.

After acquiring NFI, a Nevada corporation established to produce and sell biomass products predominately in the green fuel category, Vega has announced plans to change its name to Natural Fuels Industries, Inc. and has appointed Mr. Jacobson as CEO. The addition of Mr. Jacobson and Mr. Manji to the Company's Board of Directors signals the Company's intention to focus its efforts in the alternative energy industry.

Mr. Jacobson and Mr. Manji have significant experience in the biomass industry and bring a tremendous amount of knowledge to the Company's Executive Management Team.

Mr. Jacobson stated, "Mr. Manji and I are excited about the future of the Company. We will be making several announcements in the coming days concerning current projects we are working on, and I look forward to keeping our shareholders updated as we move forward."

NFI manufactures various products including energy efficient pellet fuel made from organic waste bi-products using unique and innovative ideas combined with proven technology.
