Ceres/Pacific Institute to Outline Water-Related Risks for Eight Major Sectors; Most Businesses, Investors Seen As Being Unaware of Implications of Worsening Water Scarcity.

WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The ripples of climate change are making global water scarcity an increasingly serious issue for leading businesses and institutional investors, even though most of them remain largely unaware of the issue and the extent of the financial risks it poses, according to a major report from Ceres and the Pacific Institute that will be released at 1:30 p.m. ET/10:30 a.m. PT on February 26, 2009.
