UltraTape Announces the Expansion of Their Engineering Metrology Lab

SALEM, Ore., March 5 /PRNewswire/ — UltraTape Industries a division of Delphon and the premier supplier of Cleanroom tape and labels to the Semiconductor and Medical industries, has made additional investments in its quality control and development labs. The expansion was part of the company’s ongoing effort to become the highest quality tape and label supplier in the market. The expansion also ensures the company’s continued ISO, REACH and RoHS compliance.

The implementation of new metrology equipment, specifically designed for UltraTape to monitor the adhesion properties and cleanliness of its cleanroom tape and labels, will assure that the company can meet the demanding requirements of the Medical, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor and Data Storage industries. “The new expansion will enable UltraTape to not only assure our current products meet customer specifications but will also accelerate the develop of new materials,” said Keith Taft General Manager of UltraTape.
