Spartech Names Rosemary Klein, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Klein will be responsible for the management and oversight of all legal matters, the provision of legal services, corporate governance and providing advice to members of the leadership team in their various areas of responsibility.
Klein was most recently Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Solutia Inc. Prior to Solutia, Klein held various senior level legal roles at Premcor Inc. and Arch Coal, Inc.
