Hart's E&P Magazine Announces 2009 Meritorious Award for Engineering Excellence Winners at Offshore Technology Conference

HOUSTON, March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- E&P magazine will recognize its 2009 Meritorious Award for Engineering Excellence winners during the opening day of the Offshore Technology Conference at Reliant Park in Houston, Texas on Monday, May 4, 2009.

E&P editor-in-chief Dr. William J.
