Columbia Gas' Fuel Fund provides grants to customers for use in offsetting overdue payments or restoring service to terminated accounts. The program is administered by the Dollar Energy Fund and is designed for low income customers who have exhausted all other available energy-assistance programs. "We encourage customers who are unable to pay their natural gas bill to contact us and arrange for an extended payment plan or, if applicable, apply for energy assistance through LIHEAP or our Fuel Fund."
