PSE&G's Hoboken Customer Service Center Will Be Closed to the Public on March 30, 31, and April 1

NEWARK, N.J., March 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PSE&G will temporarily close its Hoboken Customer Service Center at 615 Washington Street, Hoboken, for three days on March 30, 31, and April 1 to provide training to customer service representatives that will enable them to offer enhanced services to customers.

For the three days the center is closed, customers should call PSE&G at 1-800-436-PSEG (7734) for general questions or 1-800-357-2262 for collections or payment-related questions. Alternatively, customers may visit one of the two Customer Service Centers closest to Hoboken, both of which are accessible by public transportation.

For the convenience of customers, bills may be paid at the Western Union authorized payment agent at Town Smoke & News, 1034 Washington Avenue, Hoboken. PSE&G has made arrangements with Western Union so that Hoboken-area customers will not be charged a transaction fee. That transaction fee, typically about $1 per transaction, will be charged to PSE&G directly.

PSE&G has contracted with JP Morgan Chase to enable telephone payments using a checking or savings account for a fee of $0.60 for each payment. Call 1-866-234-4676 to pay by phone.

PSE&G has contracted with Western Union Speedpay to enable credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card) for a fee of $5.95 for each payment. This feature is available at
