U.S. Concrete to Present at the BB&T Capital Markets 2009 Manufacturing & Materials Conference

HOUSTON, March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- U.S. Concrete, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMIX) announced today that it will participate in the BB&T Capital Markets 2009 Manufacturing & Materials Conference on Thursday, April 2, 2009. The conference will be held at the Waldorf Astoria, located at 301 Park Avenue, New York, New York 10022.

U.S. Concrete services the construction industry in several major markets in the United States through its two business segments: ready-mixed concrete and concrete-related products; and precast concrete products. The Company has 132 fixed and 12 portable ready-mixed concrete plants, seven precast concrete plants, one concrete block plant and seven producing aggregates facilities.
