Regal Beloit Advocates Energy-Efficient Motor Rebate Program Outlined in U.S. Senate Energy Bill

He continued, "Under the proposed rebate program, an operations manager could replace an existing, fully functioning less efficient motor with a new NEMA Premium efficiency motor and get a payback of costs in less than two years. If the operations manager is replacing a failed less efficient motor with a new NEMA Premium efficiency motor, the payback is almost immediate with the rebate program."
