Committee chairs are as follows:
Joseph Borich, Nomination Committee chair, is Executive Director of the Washington State China Relations Council. Over the past 25 years, he has held numerous government positions at the US State Department including American Consul General to Shanghai in the 1990s. Ian Robinson, Compensation Committee chair, is a former Partner of Ernst & Young and a Fellow of CPA Societies in Australia and Hong Kong. He has over 40 years experience in auditing and public reporting. Shirley Kiang, Audit Committee chair, has 20 years of executive experience in corporate governance and financial analysis for high- tech firms in Silicon Valley, California, and Asia.Currently, there are three independent directors on L&L's Audit Committee:
