S&T Bank Commits $20 Million for Special Mortgage Program to Stimulate Growth of Residential Construction Market

The $20 million initiative is a result of the U.S. Treasury Department’s Capital Purchase Program, designed to restore the flow of capital to households through reliable lending institutions as strong and secure as S&T Bank.

With graduated payments, the Special Residential Mortgage Construction Program will improve cash flow for borrowers during the first two years, while simultaneously offering a competitive rate through the life of the mortgage.
