Asbury Automotive Group Schedules Release of First Quarter Financial Results and Conference Call

DULUTH, Ga., April 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: ABG), one of the largest automotive retail and service companies in the U.S., today announced that it will release its first quarter financial results before the market opens on April 29, 2009. Charles R. Oglesby, President and CEO, Craig T. Monaghan, Senior Vice President and CFO, and Michael Kearney, Senior Vice President and COO, will host a conference call later that day, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

The conference call will be simulcast live on the Internet and can be accessed by logging onto www.asburyauto.com or www.ccbn.com. A replay will be available at these sites for 14 days.
