Sino Gas International Holdings, Inc. Retains Strategic Growth International, Inc. as Global Investor-Relations Advisor

BEIJING, April 15 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Sino Gas International Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SGAS), ("Sino Gas" or the "Company") today announced that it has retained Strategic Growth International, Inc. ("SGI"), to perform U.S. and international investor-relations functions to increase awareness of Sino Gas in the investment community.

Mr. Yu-chuan Liu, President and CEO of Sino Gas, stated "Our Company has concentrated over the past years on building out our natural gas distribution network and in becoming one of the leading factors in that industry in small and medium size cities throughout China.
