Basic Energy Services to Present at the IPAA Oil and Gas Symposium

MIDLAND, Texas, April 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Basic Energy Services, Inc. (NYSE: BAS) announced today that its management will be presenting at the Independent Petroleum Association of America's ("IPAA") Oil and Gas Symposium to be held in New York on April 20 - 22, 2009.

Ken Huseman, President and Chief Executive Officer is scheduled to present on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 4:35 p.m. Eastern Time. The presentation will be broadcast live online in the Investor Relations section of Basic's website at www.basicenergyservices.com. A replay will be available on the company's website for approximately 30 days.
