Global Energy Holdings Group 10-K Disclosure

ATLANTA, April 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Diversified renewable energy company Global Energy Holdings Group, Inc. (NYSE Amex: GNH) today announced that its consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008, included in the Company's annual report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 15, 2009, contained a going concern qualification from its independent registered public accounting firm.

This announcement is required by NYSE Amex Company Guide Section 610(b), which requires separate disclosure of receipt of an audit opinion containing a going concern qualification.
