Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. Declares Quarterly Cash Distribution and Schedules First Quarter 2009 Earnings Release

INDIANAPOLIS, April 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. (Nasdaq: CLMT) ("Partnership") will report earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 before the market opens.

In addition, the Partnership announced today that the Board of Directors of the Partnership's general partner has approved a quarterly cash distribution of $0.45 per unit ($1.80 per unit on an annualized basis) for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 on all of its outstanding units. The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2009 to holders of record of such units at the close of business on May 5, 2009.

A conference call is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. ET (12:00 p.m. CT) Wednesday, May 6, 2009, to discuss the financial and operational results for the first quarter of 2009.
