Anpath Group, Inc. Signs Agreement With Distributor Partners of America

MOORESVILLE, N.C., April 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Anpath Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ANPG), reported today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, EnviroSystems, Inc. (ESI) has finalized a distribution agreement with Distributor Partners of America (DPA), a network of over 152 Janitorial and Sanitary (JanSan) Industry distributors covering 46 states. The arrangement will provide DPA distributors access to ESI disinfectant and cleaner products.

Originally formed in 2000 as a marketing and buying group to provide mutual sales and group distribution benefits, DPA has since more than doubled its network of distributors and now has annual gross sales of approximately $250 million. As a member-driven marketing and networking group working closely with partner manufacturers and suppliers, DPA helps member distributors acquire new distribution channels and achieve company revenue and profit goals.
