Think Green Alliance welcomes Earth Day Canada as its 60th member on Earth Day

Jean Jerome Baudry, Founder and Secretary General of the Think Green Alliance, to speak at Toronto Greenhouse event in celebration of Earth Day 2009
TORONTO, April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Think Green Alliance welcomes Earth Day Canada today as its 60th member.
Celebrated every April 22, Earth Day is the largest, most celebrated environmental event worldwide. More than 6 million Canadians join 1 billion people in over 170 countries in staging events and projects to address local environmental issues.
In celebration of Earth Day 2009, Jean Jerome Baudry, Founder and Secretary General of the now 60-member Think Green Alliance, will also be speaking at Toronto Greenhouse's Earth Day event at the Steamwhistle Brewery, also a Think Green Alliance member.
Jean Jerome Baudry is recognized as a forerunner in Sustainable IT across North America. He participates on the Canadian Chamber of Commerce's Environmental Committee as well as their recently created Climate Change Subcommittee. Baudry is also a contributor to the well-known Huffington Post on the topics of Green Business and Green Technology. This past month, Baudry was elected to chair the CoolGRO project, which is a public-private partnership that is working with various government ministries to develop zero-carbon data centres in Ontario.
On June 1, 2008, Baudry founded the Think Green Alliance, a business community whose members show a commitment not only to environmental sustainability, but to the intrinsic link between environmental and economic sustainability.
The 2nd Toronto Greenhouse event will start at 6:30pm at the Steamwhistle Brewery, located at 255 Bremner Blvd. in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
