Bulletin Board: CSOL), a premier manufacturer and distributor of solar water

Republic of China, today announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Deli
Du, will be a featured speaker on renewable energy at the 2009 China Ji’nan
International Solar Utilization Convention and Exhibition (“CISUC”).

Co-organized by the Chinese Renewable Energy Industries Association,
Energy Conservation Office of Shandong and Jinan Municipal People’s Government,
CISUC is one of China’s largest international solar energy conferences and
exhibitions, and the 2009 event is expected to draw more than 600 domestic and
