Land Star Corp. (LDSR) Guangdong Provincial Oil and Gas Recovery Program

BEIJING, April 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Land Star Corp. (LDSR) www.landstarcorp.com Hubei Chuguan Industrial Corporation, an operating subsidiary of the issuer Land Star Corp., is pleased to announce their Urban Development Department conducted a preliminary discussion with the Guangdong Provincial Environmental Protection Industry Association in Guangzhou City on April 12, 2009. The Association is willing to cooperate with Hubei Chuguan, with both sides coming to a mutual agreement on the cooperative action.

Wang Gang, Deputy Secretary General of the Association stated, "The Oil and Gas Recovery Technology developed by Hubei Chuguan Industrial Corp Limited can be trusted.
