Senior Marine Scientist Tom Waddington Appointed Chief Hydrographer for Marine Industrial Services Firm Substructure, Inc.

Waddington to Lead Substructure's Hydrographic Survey Operations
Formerly a senior marine scientist with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Waddington also has served as chief of the Survey Section for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)

Waddington's professional activities have included serving as a lead hydrographer on large nautical charting survey projects for NOAA, as well as acquiring, analyzing, and reporting on geophysical and oceanographic datasets from a wide variety of measurement programs. In addition, he has worked extensively in the development of GIS, CADD, and other mapping products that allow effective analysis and management of a multi-disciplinary marine and environmental data.
