All American Building Systems Signs Contract to Build Barracks for U.S. Army

ELKHART, Ind., May 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — All American Building Systems, LLC (AABS, allamericanbuildings.com), the major projects division of Coachmen Industries, Inc. (OTC: COHM.PK), announced today it has signed a contract to build housing for the United States Army at Fort Bliss, located near El Paso, Texas.

Construction is already underway with continuous shipments to Fort Bliss through late June for approximately $6.1 million. The contract is for two barracks buildings to house nearly 300 unaccompanied enlisted soldiers and will require over 130 tractor-trailers for transport to El Paso.

All American Building Systems is pleased to work with The Warrior Group Inc. based in DeSoto, Texas and general contractor Hensel Phelps Construction Co. of Greeley, Colorado. This team worked together on a larger barracks projects at Fort Bliss in 2008.

Additional construction of five buildings at Fort Bliss worth approximately $15.2 million is awaiting funding from the appropriate government authorities.
