COLUMBIA, Md., May 6 /PRNewswire/ — Rsignia announced today that effective April 1, 2009 they have signed an alliance agreement with Endace USA. As a result of this agreement, Rsignia is the exclusive technology support partner, stocking distributor and sales channel, for Endace Data Acquisition and Generation (DAG) card products for all United States Federal related programs. In this agreement, Rsignia will also work with all Prime Contractors in support of their efforts with respect to the Federal Government and Federal Programs.

In addition, Rsignia will also be the exclusive sales channel for commercial-off-the-shelf Appliance Sales such as NinjaProbe, NinjaBox and any new off-the-shelf-appliances being developed for US Federal related programs.

“This agreement enables Endace to leverage the extensive relationships and reputation the team at Rsignia has established with its customers, while allowing Endace to focus its capital investment program on continued R&D and innovation,” said Mike Riley, CEO of Endace. “Our proven association with Rsignia gives us every confidence that all of the technology and high-level integration needs that will be demanded by the Federal sector will continue to be met.”
