Utility emphasizes conservation during public campaign
In recognition of this week, California American Water is raising awareness amongst its customers, community and local governments of the fundamental need for safe and reliable drinking water supplies for public health, fire protection, economic development and the overall quality of life we enjoy.
This year, California American Water is focused on promoting water conservation during "Drinking Water Week."
"Conserving this precious resource remains our number one priority," said
Comprehensive conservation measures, Soule added, will be the single most important factor in preserving future economic growth and quality of life in the state.
