New Jersey Car Insurance Company Hired 49 New Employees Since Last August

RED BANK, N.J., May 8 /PRNewswire/ — High Point Auto Insurance, a New Jersey car insurance company, announced today they are looking to hire 8 sales specialists in their Sales Center to sell car and other insurance.

Sales specialists play a vital role in helping callers understand their insurance needs and in providing valuable advice. “People are just looking to save money on their car insurance — and I can help them,” said Mike Moran, High Point sales specialist.

High Point bucks the trend in the financial services industry. High Point’s conservative investment practices and disciplined approach to spending has allowed it to fare better than many other insurance companies. As a result, High Point has hired new employees in the marketing, claims, and customer service departments.

“High Point is a great place to work. Our corporate culture of providing ‘more than just insurance’ means we’re not like other insurance companies. We treat our employees and our customers like family,” stated High Point President Jim Tignanelli.

“High Point employs over 500 people in New Jersey, and we don’t outsource any of our sales, service or claims positions to outside vendors or other countries,” added Jim. “Since we’re a growing and vibrant car insurance company, that allows us to hire more local New Jersey residents.”

Prospective employees can read about the sales specialist jobs and other positions on the High Point careers page, and even watch a video (http://www.highpointins.com/about-us/careers/index.asp) by the Chairman & CEO on what it’s like to work at High Point.

High Point Auto Insurance (www.highpointins.com) is one of the largest auto insurance companies exclusively serving New Jersey customers. High Point Auto Insurance is underwritten by High Point Property and Casualty Insurance Company.
