BARRIE, Ontario, May 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Winning Brands Corporation (Pink Sheets: WNBD) (Frankfurt: WMU.F), manufacturer and marketer of eco-responsible cleaning solutions, including North America’s popular Winning Colours Stain Remover, announced today that it has retained E & E Communications, Laguna Hills, California, to assist in developing formal investor and public relations arrangements.
