Noble Corporation to Present at Upcoming Investor Conferences

SUGAR LAND, Texas, May 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Noble Corporation (NYSE: NE) today announced that the Company will participate in two investor conferences in May. William C. "Kurt" Hoffman, Vice President of Marketing, Noble Drilling Services Inc., will present at the Calyon Energy Conference 2009 in New York City on Wednesday, May 13, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. While presentations from this conference are not being webcast, a copy of the presentation materials will be available in the "Investor Relations" section of the Company's Website http://www.noblecorp.com.

Additionally, Lee M. Ahlstrom, Vice President, Investor Relations and Planning, Noble Drilling Services Inc., will present at the UBS Global Oil and Gas Conference in Austin, Texas, on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time. A live webcast and presentation slides will be available at the time of the presentation in the "Investor Relations" section on the Company's Website. A replay of this presentation will begin three hours after the conclusion of the live presentation and will remain available until Monday, June 20, 2009.
