Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. Clarifies Group's First Quarter Report

PARSIPPANY, N.J., May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- To clarify the information reported in the Securitas AB Interim Report January-March 2009 regarding acquisitions, Securitas North America, through Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., has acquired only the Hawaiian commercial business contracts and assets of Akal Security Inc. (a New Mexico Corporation). Securitas North America, through Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., has also acquired only the commercial business contracts and certain operational assets of Moore Security LLC (an Indiana Corporation). Both transactions had previously been accurately reported in general Securitas AB press releases, and in the Securitas AB 2008 Annual Report.
