China Bio Energy Holdings Group to Present at Oppenheimer 3rd Annual China Dragon Call Conference in New York on May 19, 2009 at 2:20pm EDT

XI'AN, China, May 12 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Bio Energy Holdings Group (OTC Bulletin Board: CBEH), a leading integrated bio-diesel producer & distributor and wholesale distributor and processor of heavy oil and finished oil products in China, today announced that the Company will present at the Oppenheimer 3rd Annual China Dragon Call Conference in New York. Mr. Alex Gong, VP of Capital Markets, and Mr. Albert Pu, VP of Finance are scheduled to present at 2:20 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, May 19th, 2009.

The Company's presentation will be held at Oppenheimer's 300 Madison Avenue offices in New York City and Mr. Alex Gong and Mr. Albert Pu will participate in one-on-one meetings with conference attendees throughout the day on May 19, 2009. They will discuss the Company's products, its distribution footprint and customer base, the competitive landscape, environmental regulations that are driving demand for biodiesel product, recent financial results of the Company, and the Company's long term growth strategy.

CBEH is a distributor of refined oil products including gasoline, diesel, and heavy oil, and a manufacturer and distributor of bio-diesel fuel.
