IntelliChoice Awards Porsche's Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Program as Having Best Luxury Warranty

Porsche's Strong CPO Satisfaction is a Big Reason

ATLANTA, May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Porsche Cars North America's Certified Pre-Owned program (CPO) has been named by IntelliChoice - a leading source for independent analysis of automotive ownership costs and value - as offering the "Best Luxury Warranty for a Certified Pre-Owned program" in the U.S.

One factor recognized by IntelliChoice is Porsche's warranty for CPO cars, which essentially mirrors the German car company's new-car limited warranty coverage. All customers who purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Porsche receive a company backed 2-year or 50,000 miles (whichever comes first) warranty. Additionally, for customers who buy cars with a balance of the New Car Limited Warranty Coverage, this remaining balance will be added to the new Certified Pre-owned Limited Warranty coverage. Customers are only responsible for normal wear and tear components such as brake pads, wiper blades and regularly scheduled maintenance. Twenty-four hour roadside assistance is also included in the pre-owned package.

A prerequisite for the program is the fact that only the best used Porsches are selected as Certified Pre-Owned Porsches. These select cars then undergo a rigorous 111-point inspection, followed by a detailed reconditioning process by Porsche trained technicians whose goal is to bring the car back to new as close as possible.
