Posted on: Thursday, 14 May 2009, 10:31 CDT

TAMPA, Fla., May 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Stinger Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: STYS), a leader in electro-stun technology today announced that the Henry County Police Department has purchased 90 Stinger S-200 AT Electronic Immobilization Devices. Henry County is located just southwest of Atlanta.

Lt. Chuck Simmons stated, "The Henry County Police Department has extensively studied the Stinger S-200 AT. We were extremely pleased by the ECD's immobilization ability. I find it incredible that such terrific immobilization abilities can be achieved with so much less amperage than the other stun gun vendor's product in the market. The S-200 AT is truly a state of the art product that I believe is in the best interests of all departments to carry."

Major Danny Butler stated, "As a result of all the controversy I decided to get shot with the Stinger. After that experience I feel the Stinger will provide this department with a valuable alternative to deadly force at a great monetary saving to the County."
