IntercontinentalExchange Named 2009 Exchange of the Year by Energy Risk

ATLANTA, May 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IntercontinentalExchange, Inc(R) (NYSE: ICE), a leading operator of regulated global futures exchanges, clearing houses and over-the-counter (OTC) markets has been named Exchange of the Year for 2009 by Energy Risk magazine.

The Energy Risk Awards recognize those who have had a positive impact on the energy markets (as determined by the readership and editorial staff). The award will be highlighted in the July issue of Energy Risk magazine, marking the publication's 15th anniversary.
