'Wall to Wall Waterproofing' includes sealing all tie-rod locations with their patented tie-rod repair system as well as their proprietary SP-3 polyurethane to deliver instant water shut-off to wall fracture leaks. They have applied their SP-3 and their patented tie-rod seal system since 1995.
