Global Strategies Group (North America) Inc. Names Jim Allen as Chief Financial Officer

MCLEAN, Va., May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Strategies Group (North America) Inc. (GLOBAL North America), a leading provider of defense technologies to the national security community, recently announced that Jim Allen will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

With 30 years of experience as a senior financial executive in the aerospace, defense and federal government technology services industry, Mr. Allen is a valuable addition to the GLOBAL North America leadership team. During his career Mr. Allen has served as the CFO of several publicly traded companies in the federal Information Technology services sector including, CACI International, GRC International and Veridian Corporation where he helped lead the successful initial public offering of the company in 2002 and its eventual sale to General Dynamics in 2003. His significant experience includes public and private financing activities, extensive work in investor relations and a 20-year history of mergers and acquisitions.
