Thompson thanked The Gatsby's architects for designing a community with historic architectural influences and contemporary interiors.
Although exteriors pay homage to another era, they include state-of-the-art features, like an integrated solar roof system. The system protects the earth by drawing renewable energy from the sun and converting it to electricity each home can use.
As a ComfortWise(R) Green and Certified California Green community, The Gatsby is constructed with technology that improves indoor air quality and includes products that reduce energy consumption by at least 15% and save at least 20,000 gallons of water per year. During construction 50% of the waste was recycled and lumber was culled from sustainable forests.
MasterCraft Homes Group built The Gatsby under the city's 2004 Small Lot Subdivision Ordinance, allowing developers to build new single-family detached homes on a land parcel in areas zoned for multifamily housing. The legislation helps meet the increasing infill housing need and encourages community development in neighborhoods near job centers.
The Gatsby presents approximately 1,525-square-foot floorplans with two bedrooms, a den, three baths, attached two-car garages, and private rooftop decks. Prices start at

Posted by Anonymous Jane on 06/16/2009, 18:40 It's a shame when a person like Dan Thompson of Mastercraft Homes presents himself as one who actually cares about anything other than his own financial gain. I know, personally, that he has a history of not paying his bills and bullying small businesses. |
