iGPS Announces Appointment of John Fletcher, Former CEO of Brambles Ltd, to Board of Directors

Fletcher brings extensive pallet industry experience to world's first all-plastic pallet rental service with embedded RFID tags; underscores supply chain transition to plastic pallet platform

ORLANDO, Fla., June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Intelligent Global Pooling Systems, operator of the world's first all-plastic pallet rental service with embedded RFID (radio frequency identification) tags, announced today that former Brambles Ltd CEO, John Fletcher, has joined the company's Board of Directors.

Fletcher will provide both strategic counsel and operational guidance to the company at a time of tremendous growth as the supply chain transitions from wood pallets to iGPS' plastic pallet.

Fletcher, a seasoned executive with experience leading global operations, possesses deep knowledge of the pallet industry. During a 27-year period, Fletcher held key positions at Australia-based Brambles Ltd, parent company of CHEP, the wood pallet pool operator, including as Brambles' chief executive officer for over 8 years. Fletcher was also a non-executive member of the board of directors of Telstra, Australia's largest telecommunications and media company. Most recently he served for 6 years as chief executive of Coles Group Ltd, the Australian retail giant, before retiring in November 2007.
